Online booking terms

Version: v1.3

These terms apply to appointments you book online through this page with Klingo Demo (the "Business"). Please read them before you complete your booking. After you book, we email you a confirmation together with the terms in force at that time.

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided and invoiced by the Business:

Klingo ([legal name of the Klingo operator], [registered address of the Klingo operator], VAT [VAT number of the Klingo operator]) only supplies the booking software to the Business. Klingo is not a party to your appointment and does not provide the service.

2. How booking works

You choose a branch, service, date and time and, if you wish, a professional. You then enter your details and accept these terms.

The contract is concluded:

Booking is available in Greek or English, depending on the page language. The confirmation email contains:

If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact the Business.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. Before you complete the booking you see:

Online payments are processed by Stripe directly into the Business's account. Neither the Business nor Klingo sees your full card details. The Business is the seller. The Business issues the receipt or invoice required by tax law. Any remaining balance is paid at the branch.

4. Cancellation, late cancellation and no-show

The policy of each branch of the Business is:

Κεντρικό (—): Online cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment. Payment: at the branch. No amount is kept for late cancellation or no-show.

a) Cancelling in time. You can cancel free of charge using the link in your confirmation email until the branch's online cancellation deadline. If you paid online, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method. The refund usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

b) Cancellation by the Business. If the Business cancels or cannot provide the appointment, everything you paid is refunded.

c) Late cancellation or no-show. After the online cancellation deadline, please contact the Business directly. Subject to your right of withdrawal under section 5:

d) Arriving late. Please arrive on time. If you are significantly late, the Business may shorten the service or offer you another time, so that later appointments are not affected.

5. Right of withdrawal (bookings paid online)

A booking paid online is a distance contract.

6. Consumer rights, complaints and dispute resolution

These terms do not limit your rights under Greek and EU consumer law, nor the Business's liability for the service it provides.

Please raise any complaint with the Business first ([contact details of the business]). If it is not resolved, you can contact, free of charge:

7. Governing law and courts

Greek law applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU Member State, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence or of the Business's seat. The Business may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of your place of residence.

8. Changes and contact

Your booking is governed by the version of these terms in force when you booked. That version is stored with your booking. For questions about your appointment, please contact the Business ([contact details of the business]).
